THE CONCEPT |
|
The Educators believe in bringing cost effective quality education close to the people. What lends The Educators its strength and effectiveness is the uniformity of system, standards and a coherent conceptual base. Our salient features include:
- To provide optimum opportunities for students so that they may emerge as self-reliant, intelligent and motivated individuals.
- We believe that student evaluation should be a continuous process. Our approach to evaluating students aims to assess the development as independent learners with effective intellectual skills rather than testing their memory alone.
- The schools function under systematic monitoring and evaluation against predetermined standards. This is to ensure quality control at every campus.
- We believe that by standardizing the curriculum, stationery, uniform, campuses, staff development and evaluation systems, the cost of education can greatly be reduced.
- Better trained teachers will always teach more efficiently and effectively. For this purpose a continuous professional development program has been initiated to train and evaluate teachers.
